Drier and Warmer Rest of Work Week
A couple of showers have popped up along our extreme coastal parishes, but that is where they should stay today. Drier weather is expected over the next few days with warming temperatures. Highs today will settle in the mid 80°s with upper 80°s Friday and Saturday. Morning starts through Saturday will have some patchy fog and lows in the low 60°s. A cool front will pass South Louisiana late Saturday into early Sunday. Sunday's high will be 10-15° cooler than Saturday thanks to the cooler Canadian air behind the front. A spotty sprinkle is at most what the front may squeeze out in terms of rain chances.
