Goodbye, Autumn Chill!
Metro Baton Rouge's "taste of the 40°s" is over, at least for the time being. A weakening "cool" front sags into the WAFB viewing area on Wednesday, but it fizzles out before it can generate any rain. Nor does it provide us with a reinforcing surge of cool air. So it looks like the 50°s and 60°s for lows for the rest of the week and right through the weekend. And it will be the mid and upper 80°s for most of us through the next five to seven days.
