Cool Down Still on Tap for Sunday
It certainly was a beauty of a day for Thursday ... and we dodged the air quality concerns (due to elevated ozone levels) that had been forecasted by DEQ. Friday and Saturday will be a bit warmer, with highs in the upper 80°s for most of the viewing area, but it stays dry. The anticipated cool front arrives late Saturday and it still looks like it will be a "mostly dry" front, with maybe a few light sprinkles, at best, for Sunday. Sunday and Monday will have a real autumn feel to them with morning lows in the 50°s and mid-day highs in the 70°! -- Jay Grymes / WAFB Storm Team
